Officially back on track. Having nothing to do means I can focus on working out and eating healthily. And I’m not stressed at all now so there’s no more eating my feelings. Plus the weather is GORGEOUS at the moment. Happy!
The damage:
My weight before exams was around 56.5/57kg. I’ve put on about 2kg (58.8 this morning) over the revision/exam period (7 weeks). I expected worse. I’ve hardly been exercising and I’ve been stress eating a lot. Friday is end of exams, and I’ll have all summer to work out and eat right. Can’t wait :)
Today I:
-Went for a (very) early run
-Ate well, and not too much
-Revised hard in the library
-Was happier and more relaxed than I have been in a while.
THAT’S BECAUSE ON FRIDAY THEY ARE OVER!!!! Yeahhhhh FU exams.
Last week of exams. Last week before centre parcs and BIKINI TIME. Have been eating so bad, need to clean up my act. I can do this! Summer is nearly here!
