Ate so much yesterday it’s not true. But today is a new day! And March 1st :) So my goal is to eat healthily every day for one month! My mum is coming to visit at the end of the month and we’re going out for dinner so I have a reward lined up. I will do this! Xx

Early birthday present to myself: fitting into UK size 7 (US size 3) jeans in Topshop. I tried on loads and in the end I bought a pair of ridiculously skinny size 8s to wear tomorrow when I’m going for a meal with all my friends. I’m excited! Not only for fitting into stupidly small jeans but also for going for pizza. It’s going to be great!
I am dangerously on top of things right now. I say dangerously, because I’m never on top of things for very long before I fall off :D. I am progressing well on my 10,000 word project for uni, eating healthily, exercising regularly, getting plenty of sleep… And keeping everything crossed that nothing bad will happen to knock me back! Fighting off the paranoia with my happiness stick :)

UK based fitblrs- I’ve been ordering these snack boxes from Graze, and they’re awesome! You can choose four snacks for £3.80 and they’re all around 200kcal or less. Plus they deliver for free to any UK address. If you’re still not convinced you can use this code: 4X2PT51 to get a free box. Seriously yummy!

18th January: 58.5kg (~129lbs)
22nd February: 57.1kg (~126lbs)
My weight was kinda crazy through January, so this isn’t necessarily that big a loss but I’ll take it :D. This week I started eating a lot better (counting calories again) because up until recently I’d been eating crap. I was still exercising though which I guess is why I didn’t put on weight.
Also I...
Today I went to yoga with my friend who just joined the gym and it was super fun. Then we met up with one of our guy friends and the three of us made pancakes for dinner. Since I had salad for lunch I’m still under for today’s intake. Sweeeet!
I made a super healthy salad today to take to uni. I’m eating really well this week because Saturday is my Birthday and I want to be awesome hawt. Also I’m probably going to eat half a cake.
So I’ve been eating really badly and as a result have seen no progress recently. I was feeling really discouraged but I came on here and realised I’m not alone. We all have bad weeks! So between now and my birthday I’m going to try extra hard to eat right :)
Early to bed for me :)
So I’m trying out being a vegetarian for a while. I’m not sure how it will go. In the long run I’m probably going to eat mainly vegetarian with some free range chicken and fish. Cows are just too pretty to eat <3

My eating has been terrible recently. This ends NOW.
So busy and tired with Uni, hence lack of posting to tumblr. Feel like I hardly have time to sit still at the moment :(

Didn’t go to the gym because I was feeling super tired, but later I did a 45 minute workout at home (mainly abs, with some arms and legs). SORE already! Pleased though :)
That awkward moment when everything is getting on your nerves and you realise the problem is probably you…
Just a warning: when I can finally see ab muscles this blog will probably just become “pictures of my awesome abs”. Just sayin’
Went for a bike ride around Regent’s park with the bf. Cycled for about 70-80 minutes, then dropped my bike off at the cycle shop (my back wheel is a bit bent) and RAN home. It was cold so I didn’t want to walk, and I was already in my workout gear so… It took less than 10 minutes (maybe 7ish?). So that’s a huge pile of cardio for today! Hooray! Gym tomorrow.
p.s. still...
So I used to get this itchy red rash on my arms. I couldn’t get rid of it. I tried creams and antihistamines and all sorts. I realised today that I haven’t had it in quite a long time. It seems that by just being healthier my body ha taken care of it on its own. Sweet.
Two things I learnt in the gym recently:
1- free weights are a lot harder than machines, but a lot more satisfying
2- I pull really stupid faces when I lift weights
First day of not counting calories went really well. If anything I was more careful about what I ate because I knew I wasn’t keeping track of it and didn’t want to over-eat :)
Taking a break from calorie counting for a while. 4 months of it has taught me what portion sizes are and how much is too much. I don’t need to count numbers anymore :)
Last couple of days I’ve just gone way overboard. Hauling myself back on track today. I made my boyfriend brioche for breakfast but then had some myself (400kcal!!) so I’m going to eat perfectly for the rest of today.
I went for a 3 course dinner with my boyfriend. So today my intake was…
3,200 with -400 for the gym. I’m not ashamed because it’s a one off. Italian food is not diet friendly! It was such a lovely meal though, so I regret nothing. I’m posting this just to show that I’m not perfect, but that’s fine by me. But you know what? Tomorrow I’ll be back in the...

I love porridge SO MUCH. Oat so simple change my life. Now I can have porridge every day before uni! I remember those sad days before microwavable oats…
Anyway!
Non scale victory: Just tried on a skirt I haven’t worn in months. It’s designed to go around your waist above your belly button and has an elastic waistband. The waistband is now too big!! There’s a huge gap...
I know yesterday was weigh in BUT. Today my scales said 57.0kg… You know that goal I said yesterday for the end of January? Yeah. HA. Clearly water weight or some other crap has been going on. Also my bodyfat% today was 21.8% whereas other days it’s been up to 29% (higher than when I started) which means I’m down 4.2% since October :)
