Happy Christmas me, you’re welcome. So I haven’t lost in a while, but that’s an inch off my waist since the beginning of december. Neato.

So yesterday I weighed myself- still 129. This might be the first Christmas I don’t put on a single pound!! Not getting to the gym but I am going on a lot of walks with my parents. Day 32 - Skinny or Fit?
Both! Haha I want to be fit, but I’m loving being slimmer. Luckily for me, one has resulted in the other.

Brunch: Scrambled eggs and a muffin

Day 30 - What do you fear for the Holiday season?

No. I weighed myself this morning at 132. That better be 3lbs of water weight. :(
I have to stop reading ana-tumblrs, ‘cos I start thinking maybe I shouldn’t eat. Tired.
Sigh. In the mood to just give up. Only I can’t give up ‘cos then I’ll feel worse. So in the morning I’m going to the gym. Then I’m going to try get my eating back on track. No more sweets, cutting down on carbs. Fresh & healthy only. And lots of water. I know this is hormones but ARGH. Going to try super hard not to let them get the best of me this month.
Super mega water retention from being ill and dehydrated and also the dawn of shark week. Going to avoid weighing myself until next week.

Just went on a run with my bf. He went out and ran 10k, then came back and we went out together and ran just under 5k. There’s a time I’d feel like his run made mine less impressive, but it totally didn’t! I’m really proud :)

I’ve lost weight before just by dieting, but then gained it back again. I’m hoping by exercising and trying to eat healthier that it will stay off this time!

So I’m sick. I have a horrible cold/chesty cough/everything tastes funny and my throat hurts. BUT I’M STILL IN THE DAMN GYM. Because I’m more sick of not being at my ideal weight yet. Plus, being ill is making me eat more so I need to keep exercising. Working out with a cold is a bitch though!
So my flatmate is super messy, which in general wouldn’t be an issue if it was just her room. But it’s not. We live in a tiny flay and her stuff is always everywhere and she is forever leaving the kitchen in a state. I don’t know how to tackle this because I don’t want to sound like a bitch and make us living together awkward but it’s doing my head in. Case in point:...

I only need to lose 1.2lbs more and I will have lost a stone! Wheeeee! AND I’m only 4lbs from my goal weight (125lbs), but depending on how I feel when I get there I might drop it to 120. I just want to slim down my thighs, tops of my arms and my stomach, because these are the places that seem to be holding onto fat for dear life! Haha I’ll get there.

HAVE to go to the gym today. Feeling crappy. I’m giving myself an hour to finish off this progress report, then I’m emailing to my supervisor and going to work out.
So I have somewhere between 5 and 7lbs to lose til my goal weight. Not going to happen by christmas, but easily achievable by new year. I really want to weigh myself but I’m not going to! I will hold out until Monday morning at least. Maybe even Tuesday so I can use the body fat scales. Paranoid I’ve put on weight even though I’m pretty sure that this weekend I didn’t eat...
I just realised I have my uni christmas party and dinner on saturday and my mind went SCREW MAINTAINING WE STILL HAVE TIME TO LOSE A POUND. Woah there.
