Really pushing myself at the moment and it feels good :)
Since I’m not actually working and just sitting on my butt… I’m going to run to the gym. Going out for steak tonight with my parents, and then vegetarian from tomorrow onwards! Excited/nervous :)
So I ate about 1600net yesterday. I enjoyed sushi, didn’t eat too much, drank loads of water and this morning I’m not bloated at all! Hooray! And you know what? I weigh exactly the same as yesterday morning. Whaddya know.
Tonight I’m going to all you can eat sushi for a friends birthday. Plan: eat a small amount, mainly sashimi (less rice) and drink lots of water. Only on ~400 net so far today because of my run. Moderation is key!
Grrr… Wanna just eat and eat and eat. Not hungry, just in one of those moods. I will not give in! Going to sit here and drink sugar free squash until it’s time to go meet my boyfriend from the train station.
So on Friday I’m going for steak with my parents and the bf. I’m treating it as my farewell to meat, because I’m going to go strict vegetarian for the whole of April to see if I can handle it.
Foods I will miss:
1- Burgers
2- Haribo (gelatin :( )
3- Pret super clubs
It’s a surprisingly short list really, but I don’t eat a lot of meat. I do think this will be...
SORE this morning. Yesterday was my first weight training session for two weeks, so I was expecting it, but still. OW.

I’m looking forward to reaching my goal weight, when I can stop calorie counting and just eat sensibly. I managed to maintain in January, not counting just eating sensibly and exercising, so hopefully I’ll be able to do the same once I’m happy with how I look.

Woke up and it was cloudy and horrible. Feeling so lazy. But it’s getting sunny so I’m dragging my butt outside for a run. Right now.

So a big group of friends are planning on going to Center Parks after exams. Which will no doubt mean bikinis because swimming pool/rapids/water slides etc. MOTIVATION to get my ass into shape and not let my diet slip during the revision period. Good isn’t good enough, I want to look AMAZING :D
My original goal weight was 125lbs. I’m now 124ish.
I’m thinking new goal weight of 54kg/119lb? Basically I want to drop my body fat so I can see more definition in my stomach.
Sooo that’s 2.4kg/5.3 lbs away. I think if I work hard I can do that in a month? Bring in oooonnnn…

As of this morning, I am 20lbs lighter than in October, and so much happier.

NSV- I really wanted to just binge on food earlier, SO badly. I’ve been struggling to stop myself but today I managed! I sat, drank water and watched TV. I’ve started keeping track of the days I eat well. On four consecutive days so far :D Proud!
Up at 6am. Breakfast: wholemeal English muffin with 100% fruit spread, chai tea with almond milk.
