Went for a bike ride around Regent’s park with the bf. Cycled for about 70-80 minutes, then dropped my bike off at the cycle shop (my back wheel is a bit bent) and RAN home. It was cold so I didn’t want to walk, and I was already in my workout gear so… It took less than 10 minutes (maybe 7ish?). So that’s a huge pile of cardio for today! Hooray! Gym tomorrow.
p.s. still doing pretty well not counting calories. Also, if I have a slightly bad day I don’t get the huge guilt associated with a number. I just know I need to eat better the next day. Happy :)
