Day 32 - Skinny or Fit?
Both! Haha I want to be fit, but I’m loving being slimmer. Luckily for me, one has resulted in the other.
Day 33 - What did you eat today?
Brunch: Scrambled eggs and a muffin
Dinner: Half a calzone and salad
Lots of snacks! :S Net 1200kcal though :)

1400ish

129lbs. Clearly just hanging around here for a while!

Drink more water! Exercise 3x a week every week.

129lbs, 5’3. I wanted to be under 130, and I’m only 4lbs from my UGW. I’d say that’s a success! I started out at 142lbs so I’ve lost 13lbs :)

Nothing in particular. Maybe not getting any work done?

No. I weighed myself this morning at 132. That better be 3lbs of water weight. :(

I’ve lost weight before just by dieting, but then gained it back again. I’m hoping by exercising and trying to eat healthier that it will stay off this time!

Right now kinda rubbish. At best I gym at least 3 times a week and stick to 1400kcal a day. Hoping to get back on track now uni is finished for Christmas.

Haters. The other day I saw someone post something ridiculously racist on facebook and it made my blood boil. I’m not saying everyone has to like everyone else. That’s unrealistic. But if you’re gonna not like someone, do it because they’re an asshole, not ‘cos they’re gay/black/jewish etc etc etc

Right now- uni work. I’m having to spend the next couple of weeks just maintaining because I have to focus on work and not on weight loss.

Eat! Definately! But I’m at a point now where I only eat when I’m hungry rather than grazing. And I enjoy food so much more!

Day 11 - Coffee or Tea? (Describe how you like your coffee or the type of tea you prefer)
I don’t really drink hot drinks at all. I probably drink coffee slightly more often than tea? I’m a social coffee drinker haha I only have a coffee if someone else is having one. I like quite a lot of milk and a bit of sugar. I have less milk/sugar than I used to though so I guess I’m getting used to the taste!

I’m going home to Yorkshire from the 22nd to the 29th of December, then coming back down to London to spend New Year’s with my boyfriend :)
