Just another fitblr. Currently a student in London and loving it!

Was feeling disheartened because the scale hasn’t budged in a long while…

Yes, I have only lost ONE pound since January. But I’ve lost an inch off my waist and squats are making my butt awesome! I’ve obviously put on a lot of muscle without realising. I really should have learned by now not to trust the scale…

I’m definitely toning up more! I love how that under-bra bulge has nearly vanished. It’s interesting that my boobs have stayed in proportion to the rest of me. I think I have lost the weight pretty evenly. My tentative goal weight is 120lbs, but it’s more about me being happy than anything else!

1st photo is ~138lbs, about a week after I started (October 28th). 2nd photo is today (December 9th) ~130lbs. I don’t think I’ve changed much ‘til I put photos side by side!

Since I started I’ve gone from 142lbs to 130lbs, 30” waist to 28” waist. I’m pretty much bang on 5’3.

EDIT: I have also dropped approx. 1 cup size (From 30FF to 30F), but I don’t know for sure because I haven’t actually been remeasured, I’m just going off which bras fit!
