As of this morning, I am 20lbs lighter than in October, and so much happier.

56.4kg/124.3lbs

21.7% fat

22nd February: 57.1kg (~126lbs)

My weight was kinda crazy through January,  so this isn’t necessarily that big a loss but I’ll take it :D. This week I started eating a lot better (counting calories again) because up until recently I’d been eating crap. I was still exercising though which I guess is why I didn’t put on weight.

Also I started weighing myself in kilos because according to my boyfriend pounds is a stupid way to weigh myself. Plus my scale does kilos in decimals and pounds in fractions. Fractions are stupid.

Haven’t done a weigh in for a while…

Basically I have two sets of scales, one at my bf’s and one at home. The one at my bf’s weigh me around 0.5-0.8kg (1.1-1.7lbs) lighter than my own so I don’t know what my actual weight has been… Today I weighed myself at the gym and determined that my scales are the most accurate. So we’re going with those from now on. If I weigh in at my bf’s I’ll just add half a kilo.

Weigh in Wednesday!

My weight has been crazy what with me being sick and now shark week. Example:

8th Jan: 58.2kg (128.3lbs)

13th Jan: 59.2 (130.5lbs)

18th Jan: 58.5 (128.9lbs)

So I’ll give it a week and see what I weigh then. According to my old scales I weighed 127.2lbs this morning which is exactly what they said I weighed at the beginning of January. Want to be 57kg by the end of January. Easy.

I actually LOST weight over Christmas. Even though I went for fish and chips on my step dads birthday. Even though I had a small piece of Christmas cake every day. Even though I ate lots of chocolate. EXERCISE IS MIRACULOUS.

Day 20 - Something that Pisses You Off 

Haters. The other day I saw someone post something ridiculously racist on facebook and it made my blood boil. I’m not saying everyone has to like everyone else. That’s unrealistic. But if you’re gonna not like someone, do it because they’re an asshole, not ‘cos they’re gay/black/jewish etc etc etc

Day 21 - What’s Your Current Weight: Did you lose anything these past 7 days? If you didn’t, what is your plan for the next?

I weighed myself a couple of days ago… Can I be arsed to get out of bed? Uhhh the scales are literally right next to me but it’s so WARM in here…

Day 22 - 5 Reasons for Losing Weight

1- To look damn sexy

2- To prove that I could

3- To be healthy and happy

Ok. I’m going for a no-weigh fortnight :S I’m not particularly tied up in my weight right now because I can see results with my own eyes, so I want to have a go at just not  weighing myself. I will be telling my boyfriend because he’ll make sure I stick to it :)

So this morning I weighed in at… 130.2lbs (-3.0lbs)!! Don’t have body fat since I’m  using my old scales which just do old fashioned pounds, but they tend to weigh me at around the same weight. I’ve been exercising a lot, but I have a feeling that part of this is water weight/shark week bloat. Still, irrelevant! I’ve hit 130 which is my first goal weight! Party!!

Edit: The next day my other scales weighed me in at 132.4 (-0.8lbs) and 24.8% body fat (-0.5%), but either way it’s a loss :)

I was so convinced that I hadn’t lost any weight and my old scales were tripping, that when I weighed myself this morning I didn’t even notice that I’d lost weight.
133.2 and 25.3% body fat. (-1.5lbs -0.2% fat)
Hooray it’s official since its on my weigh-in scales! Happy :) Clearly I need to eat around 1400 whilst exercising for results :)

So I just weighed myself on my old scales (at the bfs again). 132.8lbs. How is that even possible? I think they must be wrong, because no way have I lost 2lbs in 2 days, especially not the way I’ve been eating. Unless I was retaining a lot of water or something? I don’t look/feel much different so it’s really a non issue anyway. I really want to SEE more progress.

These have been kinda sporadic because I can never wait a whoooole week :3
Anyway this morning I weighed in at 134.7lbs and 25.5% body fat. So I’ve lost 0.2lb (meh) but 0.6% fat! I put this down to also being well hydrated today since I drank loads yesterday.
The reason I weighed myself today was because I can see and feel changes in my body. I’m starting to really notice where fat is being replaced by muscle. It’s awesome :D
My legs feel better today too, hopefully I’ll have no problem going to the gym tomorrow.
